In most cases, our partner will treat your loss and will file the claim on your behalf. Search for a local partner at Pohjola Claim Help.
Are you sick or injured? Contact Pohjola Health Advisor
If you become ill or are injured, contact the Pohjola Health Advisor service first in the Pohjola Health Advisor app or by calling 0100 5225. Pohjola Health Advisor will report the loss for you and will schedule an appointment with a doctor, if necessary.
File a claim personally
If you have already had the damage repaired or have visited a doctor, file a claim personally on OP-mobile or on op.fi service. The easiest way to report a loss is through OP-mobile: navigate to the Insurance section and select Report a loss. Download OP-mobile
You will receive the claim settlement decision
You will be notified once the claim settlement decision has been made. If we need further information, we will contact you.
Get clear instructions on what to do immediately after a loss
Select the type of accident from the list below and visit Pohjola Claim Help for instructions on how to handle the loss. For example, if your child falls ill or your car’s windscreen breaks, you can contact our partner directly without the need to call us separately. In many cases, our partner will handle all stages of the process up to filing the claim.
