Easy use of our services online and on customer service channels

As our insurance customer, you can view your insurance details easily on the My Policies view of the op.fi service and OP-mobile. You can log in using the user identifiers of any bank. You can view the contents, deductibles, and certificate of insurance of your insurance cover on our digital services. You can also view insurance documents and edit your insurance policies and contact details yourself.

Purchasing new insurance policies is easy to do online. You can easily learn more about and compare the insurance products we have on offer and calculate the prices of various policies online. The information regarding your new insurance policy will be updated on the My Policies view within a few weekdays.

How to find the Insurance policies section:

1. Log in to the op.fi service or OP-mobile using the user identifiers of any bank.

2. You can find the op.fi service section by selecting Insurance policies > My policies. Select “Insurance policies” in the bottom corner of OP-mobile. 

How to edit your contact information:

1. Log in to the op.fi service or OP-mobile using the user identifiers of any bank.

2. In the op.fi service, select your own name in the upper section and then select “My profile”. You can find the information on OP-mobile by selecting “Others” and “My profile” in the bottom corner.

Easier everyday with online services

Make your everyday life easier by using the electronic services offered to our customers. See below for instructions on how to activate electronic insurance mail and e-invoices as well as file loss reports online.

When you switch from paper mail to electronic mail, you will receive messages such as policy documents and customer bulletins on the My archive view of the op.fi service and OP-mobile. By using electronic insurance mail, you will help save the environment, keep your insurance documents with you wherever you go and keep them automatically archived for three years. You will be informed of new, incoming documents either by email or text message. You can also print documents there.

To activate electronic insurance mail, click on the link below and log in.

When you start using e-invoicing, you will receive your insurance bills directly in your online bank instead of your mailbox. Order an e-invoice on the digital services of your own bank. All you have to do after the change is accept the payment, without having to add account and reference numbers. You can request a notification of incoming invoices to be sent either to your email or as a text message.

You can easily edit invoicing on our digital services. Changing the bill to 2, 3, 4, 6, or 12 instalments can be done easily on the op.fi service.

You can view due and paid insurance bills from the last three years at op.fi under Insurance > Insurance bills and in OP-mobile under Insurance > View bills. If you are unable to pay your insurance bill on the due date, you can ask for an extension easily on the same page.

Filing a loss report is easy online and also makes invoice processing faster. You can also supplement the loss report at a later date or make a further claim relating to the loss or damage. Any attachments relating to the loss or damage requested by us can also be sent smoothly online.

Type a description of the damage in the search field and OP Claim Help will give you instructions on how to handle it.
