Noora Attila (b. 2004) began learning the cello at age five at Kotka Music School under the tutelage of cellist Baiba Kuusela. At the Institute, she was also taught by Laura Bucht and Ville Äyräväinen. In 2018, she switched to Kerava Music School, where she was taught by Ville Äyräväinen. Since 2019, Noora has studied at Helsinki Conservatory of Music under Sami Mäkelä.
In spring 2019, Noora Attila appeared as a soloist with the Kerava Music School string orchestra, performing the Concertino for cello and string orchestra by Harri Wessmann.
She performs regularly with the Helsinki Concordia Orchestra together with vocational students of the Helsinki Conservatory of Music. Noora has acted as the principal cellist in one of the orchestra’s concerts.
