In the Insurance section, you can see information about your company's current policies, you can request an offer for new insurance or order a Green Card or an international certificate for valid motor liability insurance. OP-mobile also contains Pohjola Claim Help, where you can find instructions on how to act for different types of losses as well as loss reports for claiming compensation.
The same insurance services will also be available in OP Business mobile in January 2025. With OP-mobile and OP Business mobile, you can view your company's policies easily at any time, anywhere. The development of our mobile services is continuing and in the future the OP-mobile and OP Business mobile apps will contain the same insurance services for businesses as the op.fi service.
The Digital Agreement for Companies and authorisation for mobile services
To use mobile services, your company needs a valid Digital Agreement for Companies. Users authorised to do so by the company's administrator can use insurance services in the mobile app with the same permissions as in the op.fi service.
The services for businesses in OP-mobile can be used with the OP User ID for personal customers. You can use OP Business mobile if you have an OP Corporate User ID.
In other words, from now on you can take care of your company's banking and insurance services in either one of OP's mobile apps – OP-mobile or OP Business mobile. You can choose either mobile app, depending on whether you are using the company's digital services with your personal OP User ID (OP-mobile) or a OP Corporate User ID (OP Business mobile).
