What mobile app can I use for my company’s banking needs?
When your company has a Corporate Agreement for Digital Transactions, you can manage your company’s banking matters with a mobile app. If you have a personal customer’s user ID for digital services and you use it for personal and corporate banking matters, download OP-mobile. You can handle both personal and corporate banking matters on OP-mobile – in one app and using the same user ID. When logging into OP-mobile, you can select whether to use the service in your company’s name or for personal matters. You can also change your customer role while using the services. If you’re using a separate OP Corporate User ID, download OP Business mobile. The services for corporate customers are identical on OP Business mobile and OP-mobile, but OP Business mobile is designed for customers who do not have a personal customer’s user ID.

You can do your company’s key banking on your mobile app. You can check your account balance, make payments, send invoices to customers, manage your investments, apply for financing and compile records for your accountant. Under Financial performance, you can monitor your company's monthly and annual figures: income, expenses and net value. With Mobile key, you can log in and securely confirm transactions on mobile services, the op.fi service and services offered by other service providers, and confirm payments for your online purchases.
How do I log into OP-mobile?
You can log into OP-mobile by using a personal customer’s user ID. You can manage both your personal and corporate banking matters with a single login. When logging into OP-mobile, you can select whether to use the service in your company’s name or for personal matters. You can change the customer role at any time during the use of the service through a button at the top of the Money view. Use your personal user ID to activate Mobile key with which you can then log into OP-mobile. You can also log in with a fingerprint login or face recognition if your device supports biometric authentication.
How do I log into OP Business mobile?
You can log into OP Business mobile by using an OP Corporate User ID. Use your OP Corporate User ID to activate Mobile key with which you can then log into OP Business mobile. You can also log in with a fingerprint login or face recognition if your device supports biometric authentication.
How does barcode payment work?
You can pay bills with a barcode using the barcode feature on your mobile app. You can find it under “New payment” button when you are paying your bill. Tap “Use barcode”, and the camera will start up. Point the camera to the barcode in the bill, from which OP Business mobile picks up the payment details. Check the details and enter the payee's name before you pay the bill.
Is the use of mobile services safe?
OP-mobile and OP Business mobile are safe service channels. They never save information subject to bank secrecy to the mobile device during a session. Information is transferred to OP’s systems with a strong encryption, regardless of the type of network connection used. Still, you should ensure that your phone’s software is kept up to date. We recommend that you log out of the app after each use of the service. The system will automatically log you out of OP-mobile and OP Business mobile if you have not used the app for approximately five minutes. Always remember that OP will never ask for your user IDs or passwords. Do not reply to anyone asking for that information. If you suspect that your personal online service user ID has fallen into the wrong hands, deactivate it immediately by calling the Deactivation Service at +358 100 0555 (24/7). In the case of theft or fraud, also contact your OP cooperative bank and the police.
