Dividends will be paid according to unitholders' holdings in the register on 25 March 2025. Fund values will be calculated without dividends on 26 March 2025. In this case, the values of class B fund units will de-crease by the amount of the dividends paid.
The amount of dividends to be paid by class B fund units varies from fund to fund. According to their rules, the OP-Rental Yield, OP-Public Services Real Estate and OP-Forest Owner special common funds pay at least three quarters of the fund's profit for the period in dividends, apart from unrealised value changes.
OP-Rental Yield had negative proceeds for the 2024 financial year – losses were made on real estate sold through this special common fund. Because no distributable assets accumulated in the financial year, the fund will not pay dividends for 2024. The OP-Public Services Real Estate and OP-Forest Owner special common funds will pay dividends to customers from 28 March 2025.
