1. What is an online balance statement and where can I find my company’s bank statements?
A company’s bank statement is also called an online balance statement. It is a numbered bank statement valid for accounting purposes. You can order new bank statements, edit the existing orders for bank statements and order bank statements on a one-time order basis on the op.fi service for corporate customers.
You can find banks statements at op.fi for corporate customers (requires login). In the corporate customers’ area of OP-mobile you can find them under Accounting records - Bank statement.
You can select whether online balance statements are created either daily, four times a month, twice a month, on the last business day of the month or once a year.
If you have previously managed your company’s bank account in services for personal customers and cannot find old bank statements you need, you can send us a message through our website or apps or call our Customer Service at 0100 05151.
2. How do I transfer money from my company’s account to my personal one?
Transfer money to your personal account using the New payment function in the same way as you pay bills. When you make the first payment to your personal account, you can save it as a payment template. This is how you will be able to make a transfer with a few clicks. We charge for payments and credit transfers in accordance with our list of charges and fees.
3. How do I order e-invoicing for my company?
You can order e-invoicing by providing the originator (sender of the invoice) with your company’s e-invoice recipient address and operator ID according to the originator’s instructions. The instructions can be found, for example, in the originator’s website. You can also use our message template to provide us with information.
The operator ID for OP’s customers is OKOYFIHH. You can find your e-invoice address at op.fi (requires login). In the corporate customers’ area of OP-mobile, to find your e-invoice address go to Customer profile – E-invoice address.
We will automatically add your e-invoice address to the e-invoice address registry website (verkkolaskuosoitteisto.fi).
Your company will automatically have an agreement enabling receipt of e-invoices, if you have previously managed its banking through our services for personal customers. We charge for the receipt of e-invoices in accordance with our list of charges and fees.
4. Why are six euros a month being debited from my account?
The monthly charge for using our corporate digital services is six euros, covering the use of op.fi and corporate customers’ area of OP-mobile for effortless management of many of your company’s banking matters.
5. How will I benefit from the OP:s digital services?
You can use our services designed for the needs of companies. For example, you can easily compile accounting records for your accountant directly from the op.fi service and the corporate customers’ area of OP-mobile, receive e-invoices or send e-invoices.
In the corporate customers’ area of OP-mobile, you can also track your company’s income, expenses and the net amount, in other words the difference between income and expenses arrived in the account: whether more money comes the account than goes from there. You can track the progress of your company’s finances at monthly level or compare it to the previous years.
6. Where can I find the e-invoicing service?
The e-invoicing service enables you to send e-invoices to your customers via op.fi and corporate customers’ area of OP-mobile. You can find the service at op.fi (requires login).
On OP Business mobile, go to Overview - Invoicing.
When you start using the e-invoicing service, you can easily send payment reminders, recurring invoices and paper and email invoices from the corporate customers’ area of OP-mobile. You can also use the debt collection service, with ease and at low cost.
You can download your sales invoice records as a monthly summary of reports from the accounting records download services.
If you have not made an e-invoicing service agreement, you can do so at your OP cooperative bank.
7. Where can I find the interest certificate for my credit?
No interest certificate for your credit is generated on the op.fi service for corporate customers. You'll find this information in the credit balance confirmation, which also includes the details on interest. You can download it free of charge for your financial statements on the op.fi service.
8. Do I need a new user ID for corporate banking services?
You can continue to use the same user ID to handle your corporate and personal banking matters with the op.fi service and OP Business mobile. When you log into the service, you can select whether you use the service in the name of your company or for personal matters.
9. Do I need to re-log in when I leave the service for corporate customers and start handling my personal banking?
You can also switch your customer role while using the services: on the op.fi service, select your own name from the top of the menu, then click on Select a customer role from the dropdown menu. In the corporate customers’ area of OP-mobile you can change the customer role at any time during the use of the service through a button at the bottom of the Home view.
