Important notifications to make daily life more secure

You’ll get the most out of OP Aina by enabling OP-mobile notifications. Doing this is easy: select More – Settings – Notifications in OP-mobile.

OP Aina will then send important notifications directly to your phone screen. Log into OP-mobile or the op.fi service to view further details on the matter and to handle it with OP Aina’s help.

In other words, you’ll need to log into OP's digital services to use OP Aina for personal matters. Please note that OP Aina will never send you login links.

 

Solutions for payment problems


OP Aina provides security in a new way, making many payment problems easier to solve. For example, OP Aina will notify you if your card is unexpectedly used abroad. The service will help you to clarify what the payment was for. It will also help you to deactivate your card quickly if you suspect misuse.

If a card payment fails, OP Aina will notify you, help you to find out why the payment failed and, for example, advise you on how to raise your card's spending limits quickly and easily with just a few button presses. OP Aina will recommend a new spending limit and (if you like) remind you to change it back later.

If a payment is late, you'll receive a notification. OP aina will help you to look into the situation and move money to the right account so that your payment succeeds. You can also review the payment details if something remains unclear to you.

When you log into OP-mobile or op.fi, you’ll find OP Aina’s notifications on the service’s main page. OP Aina notifications on topical matters are in the lower-right corner of the page.

You can also find OP Aina elsewhere on chat. When logged in, you can get personal assistance from OP Aina. If you’re not logged into the service, you can only get general advice. To get OP Aina’s help with personal banking and insurance matters, you need to be logged into the op.fi service or OP-mobile.

You can use OP Aina to handle topical banking and insurance matters, about which OP Aina has sent you notifications. A few button presses will solve the matter and provide personal assistance. OP Aina currently sends notifications on a range of payment problems. Its services are being gradually extended.
