The Pohjola Repair Advisor service is a professional car repair service meant for our motor vehicle insurance customers. A Repair Advisor will provide you with personalised service in the event of motor vehicle damage. In the event of motor vehicle damage, you can take your car directly to the repair shop and the Repair Advisor will take care of the rest.
The Pohjola Repair Advisor service is provided by Pohjola Insurance Ltd.
When can the Pohjola Repair Advisor service be used?
You can use the free Pohjola Repair Advisor service if you have taken out Pohjola Motor Vehicle Insurance including comprehensive motor vehicle insurance. In the event of motor vehicle damage, you can take your car directly to the Pohjola Repair Advisor shop. The Repair Advisor will also file the claim application for you, which means you won’t need to file a loss report yourself.
You can visit the Repair Advisor in the event of the following motor vehicle damage: collision, elk, vandalism, glass, and parking damage as well as emergency road service cover. You will also receive a claim settlement decision for these loss events, and you won’t have to make a separate loss report.
What does the Pohjola Repair Advisor service cost?
The service is free for Pohjola Motor Vehicle Insurance customers. When visiting the repair shop, you will only have to pay for the deductible, if any, and the repair will be covered by your Pohjola Motor Vehicle Insurance. Pohjola Insurance will be directly charged for the rest.
