Our primary languages are Finnish and Swedish

We will send you all policy documents, insurance related messages and any other insurance documentation in Finnish. However, we may also send you the insurance terms and conditions and product guides in English.

Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee customer service in English in all situations. You will receive service in English when we go through the insurance offer with you, but our service in other insurance-related matters is provided mainly in Finnish and Swedish. If necessary, you may arrange for an interpreter at your own expense.
