If you use Mobile key, you can look up your username on OP's mobile app (Customer info – Settings). If you can't look up your username or have forgotten your password, replace your user ID.

How to replace your OP user ID with user identifiers issued by another bank

If you are a personal customer and you have a user ID issued by another Finnish bank, you can use them to replace your OP user ID on the op.fi service. We'll charge a service fee of 8 euros for replacing your OP user ID, based on our list of charges and fees. When you replace your user ID on the op.fi service, you get a new key code list by post. Note that the delivery time of the key code list depends on postal delivery days. If you need the OP user ID faster, replace it by visiting an OP cooperative bank branch. Bring a valid passport or identity card with you.

If you have forgotten your OP Corporate User ID, you can order a new one on the op.fi service. Alternatively, you can visit your OP cooperative bank branch.

How to get a new OP user ID without user identifiers issued by another bank

If you don't have user identifiers issued by any other Finnish bank, you can get a new OP user ID by visiting an OP cooperative bank branch. Bring a valid passport or identity card with you.

We recommend booking an appointment at the branch. You can book an appointment without logging into the service. Select as the subject: Personal customer, Daily Banking Services. Then, select as the topic: Accounts, cards and user IDs.
