Your card will soon be renewed
Your OP Classic card will soon be renewed. You will receive a new card before your current one expires.The following will remain unchanged
- Your PIN code will remain the same.
- The spending and withdrawal limits for the card will remain the same when the card is renewed. Spending and withdrawal limits protect your card in case of fraud, or loss of the card. You can change the spending and withdrawal limits on OP’s digital services at any time, for example when you make purchases of higher value. - Your credit limit will remain unchanged, but you can increase it free of charge up to 20,000 euros. Raise your credit limit
- If your current card has the K-Plussa feature, your new card will also have it. If you card doesn’t have a K-Plussa feature, you can add it to your card free of charge at op.fi. Add K-Plussa to your card
- All OP cards have the contactless payment feature.
Recap the benefits and features of your card
- Your card includes debit and credit facilities, i.e. you can pay for purchases now, in a month, or in instalments. OP Classic card’s credit feature provides an average interest-free repayment period of 35 days.
- Under the Consumer Protection Act, you can apply for a refund from your credit card company if a retailer breaches a sales contract for a purchase made with credit. Breach of contract occurs if a product or service you bought with credit is defective or lost in transport, or the company goes bankrupt and you never receive the product.
- An OP cooperative bank owner-customer card is covered by Product Protection Insurance. This covers products, which you have bought with your card’s debit or credit facility, for 180 days and up to 2,000 euros (an excess of 75 euros applies).
Update the design of your card free of charge
Our cards have a new look, and now you can choose a new design for your renewed OP Classic card at op.fi. Select the design within two weeks from the date of this message. After this, the change is subject to a charge specified in the list of service charges and fees.
If you don’t want the card sent to you, you can change the delivery method of your card at op.fi while selecting the design for your card.
