Administration of digital service users

You can define different access rights for users or grant the required rights to a single user, for example. The holder of access rights can handle your company’s banking and insurance affairs with either their own OP’s User ID for personal customers, or a personal OP Corporate User ID. You can use your OP Corporate User ID to take care of your company’s banking and insurance transactions, as your access rights allow.

Bank statements and accounting records

When you log into the op.fi service and have the required access rights, you can download many of the documents required for the company’s accounting with no additional charge. These include account balance statements, loan balance confirmations and bank statements.

Please note that in addition to these records, you will need copies of receipts and copies of the purchase invoices that you have received by means other than e-invoicing. You will also need copies of sales invoices that you have sent by means other than our invoicing service.

Sending and receiving e-invoices

You can send e-invoices on OP-mobile. and the op.fi service. For sending e-invoices, you need to make a separate agreement with your own OP cooperative bank.

You can order e-invoices by providing the payment initiator (sender of the invoice) with your company’s e-invoice recipient address and operator ID according to the payment initiator’s instructions. Instructions can be found on the payment initiator’s website, for example. On OP-mobile's corporate section to find your e-invoice address go to Customer profile – E-invoice address. We will automatically add your e-invoice address to the e-invoice address registry website (verkkolaskuosoitteisto.fi).

Bank connection authorisation

The bank connection authorisation form is a power of attorney through which a company or entity can authorise the administrator to take care of machine-readable payment transfers on the company’s behalf through the Web Services channel. The administrator can be an accounting firm or software provider, for instance.

Mobile services

On OP-mobile, you can manage your banking and insurance affairs, fast and conveniently. With Mobile key, you log in and confirm payments and transactions securely and handily without a key code list.
