Key code list – How can I get and activate a new key code list?
In the op.fi service, you can do your business’s banking and insurance transactions by using either your personal OP Corporate User ID or your OP's user ID for personal customers. At the same place, you can also replace your key code list. Select Manage user ID – Replace key code list. If you have OP's user ID for personal customers, you can order a new key code list by logging into op.fi in Finnish or Swedish. Go to the top right corner, select your name and then Tunnusten hallinta (Manage user ID) – Tilaa avainlukulista (Order key code list). At the same place, you can also replace your key code list. Select Tunnusten hallinta (Manage user ID) – Vaihda avainlukulista (Replace key code list).
OP Corporate User ID – What is it?
An OP Corporate User ID is a personal user ID that enables you to log into the op.fi service for corporate customers, OP Business mobile and Pohjola Insurance’s online services. Users can use the same ID to manage banking and insurance for several companies. The OP Corporate User ID comprises a username, a password, a key code list and a phone number for further confirmation. The user ID is free of charge to you. If you have an OP Corporate User ID, you can't log into the online service for corporate customers with your personal user ID.
I lost my OP Corporate User ID. What should I do?
If your OP Corporate User ID or any part of it is lost, you must prevent their use. The same applies if your user ID may have been obtained by an unauthorised person. Contact your OP cooperative bank or our Customer Service for corporate customers. Outside their opening hours, call OP Deactivation Service (24/7).
File transfer – What is file transfer on op.fi? How can I start using it?
With file transfer, users authorised by your company can send and retrieve payment data to be used by financial management software. Your company can manage its payments through file transfer, if your financial management system doesn't support the corporate banking connection (Web Services). To activate file transfer, please visit your OP cooperative bank. File transfer can be used by the company users authorised at the bank.
Further confirmation phone number – What is further confirmation? How does it work?
Further confirmation is a security feature that provides protection against misuse of OP's user IDs and cybercrime. Further confirmation phone number is a phone number linked to your user ID. When necessary, we'll send transaction details via SMS to this number for you to check. When you receive a further confirmation SMS, always read it carefully. If the SMS details are the same as in the transaction you're making, you can confirm the transaction. If the SMS has different details than the transaction you're making, don't confirm the transaction. We send further confirmation SMSes from the number +35840 7118180, and they are signed by OP. If you get a further confirmation SMS but you're not making any transactions with your user ID at the moment, or if the SMS details aren't the same as in the transaction you're making, prevent the use of your user ID. To do so, contact OP Customer Service or OP Deactivation Service (24/7).
