You can talk about your banking and insurance matters peacefully in an online meeting using your personal computer or mobile device. You can have an online meeting even outside branch opening hours. You can check your local bank’s online meeting offering from the appointments section of OP’s mobile app or the op.fi service and book a suitable time for yourself.

An online meeting is available only to OP’s customers for the time being. If your company does not use our digital services, or it is not yet OP’s customer, you can book a phone meeting or an appointment at a branch instead of an online meeting.

How to join an online meeting

You can join an online meeting when you log in to either the op.fi service or OP’s mobile app using your OP user ID. The meeting will take place either in the op.fi service or in the Teams application, depending on which channel or web browser you are using. If more than one person is participating in your meeting, all participants should join the meeting together with the same device and video connection. Will you join the meeting through OP-mobile?

If you join the online meeting through OP’s mobile app, you need to have the Teams application on your mobile device. Download Teams from your device’s app store well before your meeting. You don’t need a separate user ID for Teams.
