The accessibility of the OP Corporate Hub service has been assessed by accessibility experts working for OP Financial Group on a project basis and by means of self-assessment of web accessibility.
The following systems have been used in the self-assessments:
- Accessibility on desktop computers has been tested using the Chrome web browser and NVDA screen reader software.
- Accessibility on mobile devices has been tested using Apple devices, the Safari web browser (touch gestures).
Accessibility of the Cash Management service has not been assessed by accessibility experts or by means of a self-assessment of the service’s accessibility.
The provisions on accessibility are included in the Act on the Provision of Digital Services.

OP Corporate Hub does not entirely meet accessibility requirements. Please see below for a list of non-conformities and exceptions applicable to the requirements.
Inaccessible content in the service
Several sections on the site contain elements nested within each other, such as buttons in accordion tables. In addition, focus does not always move between contents of different levels (columns, modals, windows). Not all of the elements in drop-down lists and forms have understandable labels.
