Security and fraud prevention are important to us. When you use our services by phone, we want both parties, both OP's expert and you, to be able to be certain who they are speaking with.
Confirming a phone call can be done through OP-mobile and OP Business mobile. We can suggest confirming the phone call to you or you can request it yourself.
When we call you or you call us, your mobile app will receive an identification request. It will show you whether the phone call is with an expert of OP, Pohjola Insurance or OP Life Assurance Company. When you confirm the identification request, we will also know who we are dealing with.

Please note that we only use OP-mobile and OP Business mobile to confirm phone calls. We never ask you for confirmation by sending links or asking for your banking user ID.
When you are not logged in, the identification requests sent by our Customer Service are available in your mobile app when you select, in the app's homepage, Instructions and settings – Customer service – Identify yourself for Customer Service.
