What will change on 1 April 2025?
- We will update our list of charges and fees: for example, some saving and investment services will become free of monthly charges for all customers.
- There will be changes in the general terms and conditions for personal customers' accounts.
- The general terms and conditions for payment cards will be separated into two documents. There will be separate payment card terms and conditions for consumers and for corporate and institutional customers.
- There will be changes in the general terms and conditions for digital services.
- There will be changes in the general terms and conditions of payment transfers.
In addition, the posting of bank statements on paper will change in September–October 2025.
We will inform our personal customers of the changes during January, either by message on OP-mobile and the op.fi service or by letter. We will notify our customers of the incoming message by SMS.
Additional benefits for owner-customers will continue in 2025
Because we are a financial services group owned by our customers, when we thrive our owner-customers benefit financially. If you are an OP cooperative bank owner-customer, you will continue to get daily banking services without monthly charges and an increase of 40% in OP bonuses earned on the use of our services.
