Who’s calling? This is how you can ensure that the caller is from your bank

A new feature in OP’s mobile apps will help you make sure that the call you are receiving is really from your bank.

If you are using OP' mobile apps with OP’s user IDs, you can now ensure that the call you are receiving is really from an OP cooperative bank. At the same time, we can see that we are speaking to the right person. 

Using the feature requires that the customer service person suggests – or that you ask – that the call details be confirmed. When the customer service person has started the confirmation of call details, they will ask you to open OP’s mobile app. Under the Customer service menu, you can find the Confirm call details feature. From there you can see who is calling you and from what OP cooperative bank. See our pages for detailed instructions.

You can confirm call details if you are using the OP-mobile version 43.0 (or newer) or the OP Business mobile version 24.0 (or newer). You can download the app to your mobile or update it to the latest version from App Store or Google Play Store.
