Smoother Telephone Service
We improved our Telephone Service 0100 0500 service menu to better serve our international customers by moving the language menu to the beginning of calls.
Use services at op.fi for logged in users
Customer service in English at op.fi is now available for personal customers.
Login to the digital service channel in English is possible by selecting English as the language before logging in to the service. Usually, the browser will identify the system language and redirect the user automatically to the English-language pages.
