Fraudsters are approaching customers by calling and pretending to be employees of OP Financial Group. During such a call, they may try to sell non-existent investment products or ask for an OP user ID or other personal details.
Never disclose your user ID to anyone
Never give your user ID to anyone – a bank or the authorities will never ask you to provide a user ID over the phone or by SMS or email. Also, do not download any software onto your device if you are asked to do so by someone whose call or message you did not expect. If you are uncertain about something, always contact our customer service.
If you suspect that your user ID or details have fallen into the wrong hands, do as follows:
- Deactivate immediately your user ID by calling our Customer Service at 0100 0500.
- Outside service hours, deactivate your user ID by calling OP Deactivation Service at 0100 0555 (24/7).
- Be sure to also call our Customer Service during service hours to report the incident.
- If you suspect that unwanted software has been installed on your device, have it cleaned by a professional before using your new user ID on the device.
