OP Uusimaa’s Itäkeskus cash service outlet has been providing only the following services: cash withdrawals and deposits, and bill paying. Due to a change in customer behaviour, most cashier service use is now handled online or via self-service at an ATM. This has impacted on the number of customers using service outlets.
OP Uusimaa’s Itis branch, which provides a wider range of banking and insurance services, will continue to serve customers in the Itäkeskus shopping centre. The Itis branch will continue providing services normally.
From now on, the nearest OP Uusimaa cash service outlets will be as follows:
- Mikonkatu branch: Mikonkatu 13, Helsinki
- Tikkurila branch: Kielotie 11, Vantaa
Two deposit ATMs are also available to customers in Itäkeskus.

Digital banking services are widely used nowadays and there has been a dramatic reduction in cash-based transactions. We are happy to guide each and every customer on how to use our new services. We can advise customers on how to use digi and other banking services at the Itis branch, during its opening hours.
The easiest way to pay bills is by direct payment or e-invoice, or through the OP-mobile app. If you are using the bank’s payment service, you can place invoices in a payment envelope (available from OP Uusimaa branches) for posting. You can use a debit card from an OP cooperative bank to withdraw money from Otto ATMs and K-grocery stores.
