You’ll need these in the meeting

Check the time and place of the meeting from the confirmation message you received by e-mail: whether it is at an OP branch, by telephone or online.

Then please read our instructions in order for the meeting to proceed as smoothly as possible.

  • If you have OP user identifiers, test what kind of investor you are by answering the investor profile questionnaire via the op.fi service before the meeting. You will find the questionnaire in ‘savings and investments’ in the investor profile questionnaire section.
  • The profile will help the investment advisor to prepare for the meeting in advance, efficient use can be made of the meeting time, and we can offer you the most suitable investment products.

 

Consider this before the meeting

Please prepare for the meeting by checking and, if needed, completing your customer information on OP's online service for small corporate and institutional customers. This way your meeting will go quicker.

Editing and cancelling an appointment

You can edit and cancel your appointment on the Your appointments page. On OP-mobile you can find appointments under More/Customer service.

If needed, please contact our customer service.

If you booked an appointment without logging in, you will need an appointment code which you can see in the confirmation message sent to you. Please note that you can’t cancel the meeting by SMS.
