The management company BlackRock (Luxembourg) S.A. has announced that the fund will demerge on13 May 2024. The BlackRock GF Emerging Europe Fund A units will remain unchanged and the fund will continue to be closed, but the number of units on the fund's date 13 May 2024 will be added to the new BlackRock GF Emerging Europe II Fund A fund to be established. This fund will be open to redemptions in insurance policies.
Change of name and investment policy of the BlackRock GF Emerging Europe II Fund A fund on 17 June 2024
The BlackRock GF Emerging Europe II Fund A fund will be renamed BlackRock GF Emerging Markets Ex-China Fund A on 17 June 2024. At the same time, its investment policy will undergo a change. The new fund will be open for subscriptions from 18 June 2024.
