Digital Agreement for Companies

Your company can register as a user of OP's digital services by filling in and sending this form. The person signing the agreement must be an authorised signatory of the company.

The Digital Agreement can be signed electronically with online service user identifiers. If your company’s Articles of Association require multiple signatories, print the filled in agreement, sign it on paper and send it to Pohjola Insurances.

It will take a while for the new agreement to enter into force. If you have already submitted the agreement form, do not make a new agreement. We will notify the administrator when the new agreement is in force.

For security reasons, you have 20 minutes to complete the form.

The digital agreement allows you to manage your company's insurance products and claims and those of your client companies, if necessary. The company's own insurance service gives the administrator the right to manage your company's insurance products and claims and grant access rights to the service to other users.

Insurance services for brokers, accounting firms and property managers in the op.fi service are used to manage the services of client companies that have issued a power of attorney. If you add an administrator to a service that your company is not currently using, you will activate the service for your company. This means that the administrator can grant access rights roles to the service to users who are named in the digital agreement. You can select more than one service for the same administrator.
